The hotel had a beautiful location along side the Zambezi River. We were looking forward to a relaxing 3 night stay coming off a 9 night safari. Unfortunately during our stay, the pool area was taken over by several large families with loads of children. If you are looking for a hotel with a peaceful setting, the Palm River Hotel may not be for you

If you want a nice hotel on the Zambezi River this is the place to stay. It is not in town and about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on where you are going. But very relaxing on the river.

It really is a unique and beautiful hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and the ambience is lovely. We were also blessed to have seen an elephant literally almost next to us whilst having a drink in the grounds.

Beautiful spot on the Zambezi!
Amazing place right on the Zambezi! New/beautiful construction with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is incredibly helpful and they are able to arrange and coordinate any activities (guides falls tours, rafting, fishing, day trips to Chobe NP, etc.). Location is only minutes from Victoria Falls (town) and VFNP. Perfect spot…would definitely go back to!
