This is a perfect boutique hotel. Now my favorite for sure. Pristine clean, the rooms are elegantly arranged and super comfortable. Awesome location central to everything. Restaurant for breakfast served until noon (great for us who like relaxing in the morning). We loved it so much we decided tp stay an extra day and moved to their funky premium suite with a gorgeous terrace. Cant wait to return to Cadiz and visit again.

Casa Cánovas es muy amable. Knowledgeable, kindly staff helped and advised us very well. The hotel itself is very handsome, both traditional and up to date. And Cadiz is a splendid city. My wife did some historical research while we were visiting— it was a pleasure to be there.

Very nice boutique hotel with an Italian restaurant, serving perfect Italian food and with an Italian chef. Located perfectly for wandering around in the old neighborhood of Cadiz. Very attentive and knowledgeable family running the hotel. Highly recommendable.
