Room was spotless. Was able to leave our bag before check in and after check out, which was very helpful. Gentlemen who checked us in were clear with instructions. Room was warm (not over hot) and comfortable at the back of the building, so no street noise. Windows opened for ventilation. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great shower pressure.

Lovey hotel right in the centre of krakow. Nice rooms, very clean and nice shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat all around the location. Would stay again if I was in Krakow.

Location was great. The stairs to our room was a lot with luggage, the hotel had an overall unpleasant smell. Older gentleman at front desk was a little sharp with his presentation (IMO). Glad we only had 1 night there.

All in all, ok hotell. Close to the main square. Basically on it. Nice size on the singles room. Clean. Only minus for me, so frikin cold in the room! The heating did not work. But i guss thats due to government not turning on the heating yet. The air in the room also got very heavy quickly. So needed to air it out often. By opening the window. The noise from the main street wasnt too bad. Though hotel do provide you with earplugs. I did not use them. For the price and location, would recommend.
