We booked breakfast, but on arrival we were told that we had to pay an extra 40 euros per night, as hotels.com/expedia had made an error. They did not contact us in advance, and there us no way for us to contact hotels.com, as it's all AI chat or irrelevant 'resources'. I sent an email but have had no response.They are not there to support. Very disappointed with the hotel and extremely disappointed with hotels.com.
