Loved the elegant simplicity of the decor. Very modern and chic! Breakfast was included. I loved the variety of fresh juices and wonderful breakfast offerings. The restaurant staff is superb and very attentive to details. The hotel is near a lot of upscale restaurants. Very cool pizza joint on the 9th floor. I mostly took taxis to get to and from tourist destinations and shopping. 10/10 Love this hotel. I will be back!

Most of the staff, including Restaurant and valet were great. Two issues: 1. No washcloths in room. I asked the front desk, and she didn't understand (we speak Spanish). She gave me a shoe shine cloth. ?!?!? 2. Ninth floor bar. Staff VERY rude. We tried to move a chair because we didn't fit. They aggressively said we can't move chairs. There was noone else there. WTH?

Aunque hotel está muy bien ubicado, y es un hotel relativamente nuevo, ofrece un desayuno muy completo y el personal del restaurante es muy amable y servicial, no así el personal de recepción que no soluciona nada, tuvimos dos MUY MALAS EXPERIENCIAS, la primera fue cuando nos disponíamos a dormir y mi esposa ve un insecto caminando sobre la cama, cerca de su almohada, y al acercarse ve que es una cucaracha miniatura, la mata y me dice que no se va a poder dormir, porque no sabe si hay más, y poco tiempo después sale la segunda, decidimos llamar a recepción porque ya estábamos en piyama para ver si había insecticida y echar bajo nuestra cama y la señorita de recepción nos dice que no tienen, por lo que pedimos cambio de habitación (ya que no nos ofreció desde el principio ella) nos cambiamos de habitación a media noche y a la mamá siguiente mi hija mete el pie a su chancla y Oh sorpresa! También tenía una cucaracha en el pie en la nueva habitación, qué detalle tan desagradable!!! La segunda: Recojimos nuestra camioneta del Valet (Porque NO TE PERMITEN ESTACIONAR TU VEHÍCULO) y este dejo la llave en nuestra camioneta, manejamos a hacer un recorrido por la Universidad de mi hija para ver un lugar donde va a vivir y de ahí nos trasladamos a Tonalá, al estacionarnos allá y al tomar la llave para cerrar nuestra camioneta percibí que le faltaba la llave manual que va introducida en el control, nos la perdieron en el hotel y no respondieron por ello

El hotel está agradable, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y con todo lo necesario, TV, aire acondicionado, shampoo, acondicionador, jabón para cuerpo. El desayuno está incluido y tipo buffet, está muy completo y de muy buen sabor. El personal es muy amable, desde la persona que recoge el auto, la de recepción hasta los de restaurant. Tiene Valet Park in gratuito.
