From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. On the first day, we requested laundry service, and they simply refused to collect the clothes. Over two days passed with no response. We had to go ask in person, and the clothes were still dirty. No explanation, no solution.
The air conditioning didn’t work, and even after reporting it several times, no one ever came to fix it. We had to sleep in a hot room for the entire stay.
Also, it’s almost impossible to reach the front desk. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, every request is met with a flat “no.” There’s zero willingness to assist.
To make things worse, staff knocked on the door even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, which is a complete lack of respect for guest privacy.
Without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Poor service, unresponsive staff, and a total absence of basic hospitality. It doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone
