Great location, comfortable apartment

I was traveling with my son and husband and this apartment was great size, clean, comfortable beds, and super location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. There are tons of stores and restaurants around and it is walking distance from key landmarks. We like it that much we will stay there again at the end of our road trip.

Great Location!!!

Thingholt was in a great location close to bus pick-up spots for tours and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I liked staying in their apartment units. Could do my own laundry amd the grocery store was less than two blocks away. This would be my preferred place to stay if I were to come back. My only dissapointment was they did not have a dinner restaurant on premises for those nights after a long day of touring.

Wonderful location in Reykjavik. The staff was so nice and helpful. The property was wonderful and very spacious. The one issue was the images on Hotels.com weren’t very reflective of our room/apartment. There seems to be a lot of variety and while ours was great, it was not quite as expected.

Noisy and weird bathroom door

Very noisy. Festival on the street however after its end still very very noisy. Bed placed right under the window making it hard to sleep. Clean and nice place overall. Very stupid ”door” to the bathroom. Sliding and leaving 4 cm in between enabling you to watch your partner on the toilet while in bed. Also the door is made of glass. Pointless.

Fantastic location in the center of town and within easy walking distance of the Museums and shopping. Also an easy 20minute walk from the bus station which was good. Plus thanks for looking after our luggage when we arrived early, This gave us extra time to explore the town !
