The team really did their best to provide a great service, we were in casa 6, of waiting time for the shuttle and arrive. The last day they had s conference, so very crowded. ALSO very average food at the restaurant. Always cold food, by the time the food came out was room temperature or cold.

A stunning hotel with fantastic bay views! We loved the plentiful sunbeds by the pool and the dining options and food quality were brilliant. Our only issue was the hot water, which failed on a few occasions, requiring a call to reception each time.

We love how happy the emoyees are with being at the property. The cleanliness was top notch. The evening entertainment are so much fun. The traditional Mexican dance performance group Thursday night on September 11th were phenomenal, I wish I could watch them again.

Restaurants and their services at nights were great. However, you must book them when you check in. Breakfast and lunch were average and worse than the hotels in Cancun. I stayed in Cancun all inclusive at Riu Cancun and its breakfast and lunch were much better. There were several raccoons in the resort, particularly outside the main building, they were sometimes aggressive at nights when they search and need food. For people who are not accustomed to raccoons, the experience is not fun. One night one raccoon attacked another one because a customer fed them and they could not share the food. Hotel needs to find a solution for these raccoons, they appeared unpredictable timed at nights and if you are with food, you are in trouble, some customers felt scared when they encounter them. Reception staff must be more welcoming and smiling, some of them seemed unhappy and tried to help in a minimal way.
