One of the worst check-in experiences ever, after 6:00 PM, the property is no longer staffed. Creating an account, ID and facial recognition needed to get the code for our door, which was in the older lovely part of the hotel, downstairs had a few rom of a shared area and a few rooms upstairs We didn't realize until later after we brought our bags in that the front door wouldn't lock, our room door was right next to the front door, so we were very concerned with anyone just walking into the property. There also was a homeless encampment under the bridge overpass and with no staff, "Sorry there's nothing we can do" was the response after talking with multiple managers. They did try to find us another roon at one of their other Orlando properties but all were sold out. We moved the bed away from our door and had a very restless 1st night. They did fix the door the next day, but knowing now how Sonder manages their properties we will never stay at one again.
