Reception staff was excellent, with very helpful info on what to see, where to eat. The room was very spacious and clean. Our only real problem were the pillows. Extremely overstuffed and firm. Very tough for a good night sleep. The room is due for a renovation. Good location. Nothing fancy, but a good value motel with exterior door entry and stairs up to 2nd level rooms.

I had a great experience there. The room was spacious, included a microwave and a mini fridge, and toiletries reapplied every day. The room was meticulously cleaned. There was more hot water than you’d normally need. They have a laundry room as well on the ground level. There were towels galore! They also had a coffee machine, although I did not use it. Also, as the name applies, the view from the balcony is extraordinary. I would definitely stay there again.

amazing stay! Love the owners so much, and gorgeous views at a reasonable price and great location. Staff were INCREDIBLE, and kept my room immaculate. Also very understanding with my trip changes; would definitely come back! Lovely cafe/ sensational art shop across the street (Oak Creek Espresso/Village Art ) and a POSITIVELY CHARMING hummingbird gallery :) also be sure to check out PJs trivia (walking distance) on Thursday's :)
