The good stay

We spent 3 nights here and have no complaints. Just a good stay. Could be little bit cheaper, but ok, we chose it. There is a pool in the pictures gallery, but it is not accessible for children (under 16), so kids were disappointed. Good locstion close to the highway and old city of Avignon.

We came with car, car can be parked in the garden. We booked duplex so we had enought place. Cleaning lady were friendly. Auchan and many shops for shopping are in the near. And it's easy to go to Avignon center with bus C2

Good in general, I chose it because of the location near the highway, the availability of an internal restaurant and the availability of a fitness area. The outside of the rooms area is quite dated. It was quite cold during my stay, so it was not so comfortable to have to walk outside to reach the fitness and the restaurant area, anyway I'm talking about 20 meters, nothing dramatic.

I am puzzled as to why this is so highly rated, the rooms are like little dungeons, the bedding, the pillows, the mattress are such poor quality, in fact the whole interior feels like what it would be like in a prison, basic and low quality As you can imagine the wifi is also of a poor quality The food options are so minimal, next to nothing around, as the hotel is no where near Avignon, so many better options and way over priced

En fait ce n'est pas du tout un "Hotel".... mais un Motel ! Ce qui n'est pas le même niveau de confort et de prestation... (par ex: il faut sortir pour accéder au Restaurant ou petit Break first) la chambre est ancienne, peu confortable; la literie ne l'est pas plus d'avantage. Le seul point positif reste du point de vue de l'équipe. En bref la prestation ne vaut pas du tout le prix.

-Quand on est arriver a l'hotel on nous a donner les cartes sans rien expliquer -Piscine payante 38 euros pour 1h40 et par personne cette pas marquer dans l'annonce que la piscine étais payante -Au moment de partir on m'a dit je devais payer le parking qui étais de 5 euros jours alors qu'on m'avais pas prévenue au début du séjour pourtant j'avais déja payer mon voyage sur internet et le pire le soir il avais plus de place de parking dans l'hotel -très déçu de cette hotel pas professionnel NULLLLLLL :(

Chambre au rdc facile d'accès avec le parking devant la chambre. La présence d'une bouilloire pour se faire un petit café au réveil. Douche très pratique. WC séparés. Nous séjournons plusieurs fois par an dans cet hotel, jusqu'à notre précédent séjour le parking était gratuit, lors de ce dernier séjour le parking était payant.

Hôtel proche de toutes commodités. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant car beaucoup aux alentours. Personnel sympathique, chambre propre et vaste, bonne literie, clic-clac 2 places pour ma fille, elle etait ravie! Petite bouteille d'eau offerte, pas mal avec cette chaleur. Sèche-cheveux avec embout concentrateur, c'est rare. Il était défaillant et a été changé dans la journée, merci. Attention cependant à ne pas changer les serviettes si elles sont pendues, ce sera plus ecologique.
