Water park is great

Water park is great. Staff was wonderful. AC in room only went to a certain temperature and it got really hot overnight.

Comfortable room. Fresh towels daily. Kid friendly pool, was very busy. Was closed 10 pm to 10 am to allow for quiet night
MARY, 3-night trip

Rooms were dated and dirty. The kids did enjoy the pool.
Melissa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff was wonderful but the rooms are very dirty. Walls have food and greenies all over. Bathroom was in serious need of some TLC and paint. Hallways to upstairs and downstairs are in some very poor condition. Walls and doors need to be cleaned. 2nd floor ice machine had chew in it.
Lisa, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Staff were really friendly. However, the property is lacking. Very outdated. No elevator. Stairwell door to get to up/down was jammed so had to go around to other side in order to gain access up and down. Rooms were stale and being was old and worn. Air conditioning had difficulty keeping up.
2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel didnt feel clean at all, splatters on the wall/door, no mattress protector on the bed, small bug (not BB) on the mattress and the AC wasn't working. Wasn't great...not terrible but not great.

We were only there to sleep, so did not use the other amenities. Room condition was okay. The bathroom was pretty run down with rust visible on the vanity. The pictures look much better online! The bed was comfortable, so that’s a plus.
Addison, 1-night trip

The Mexican restaurant is outstanding and my room was ultra quiet. Very pleasant and comfortable stay
Laura, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location & customer service. Rooms need a good cleaning and possibly an update on the beds & couch mattress. Room was missing a microwave.
Debra, 2-night trip

Great stay for child entertainment!

I loved the room, besides the bathroom. The bathroom seemed permanently dirty. I loved how spacious the room was and the bed/pillows were amazing. It also smelled a bit of weed down our hallway not that that was in your control.
Haylee, 1-night trip

Wifi was Horrible, "Cable" glitched about every 10 seconds, halls reeked of Weed, tub didnt drain, toilet barely flushed.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay at this hotel.

I don’t even know where to start. The motel dose not have an elevator. The halls and doors have dirt all over them. Then you the room and bathroom are the same. The motel has 200+ rooms and one ice machine that worked in the whole building. Had to walk 10 miles to get ice. The beds are horrible to sleep in. Only half of the TV channels worked the rest were frozen. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anybody.
Alfred A, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Outdated and not the cleanest of room. No wi-fi or atleast didn’t work for us. Air conditioner sounded awful and loud
Rachel, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

We were there 2 nights and the cable tv in the room worked for a total of maybe an hour. Didn’t even want to spend time there
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location, friendly staff great breakfast. Beds were 2 different heights and one was very hard, mold around tub. Water park was well kept, although the hot tub was out of service Friday & Saturday was working-very smelly- didn’t go in.
Debra, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Wasn't as nice as the pictures showed. Halls and room was very dark
Laurie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Beyond disappointed in this hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and there was moldy food in the corners. Spend a little extra money and go somewhere else. This was the true definition of you get what you pay for.
Heather, 3-night trip

SDSU Stay

The room was old but comfortable. Water park was nice for the grandson. Staff were all friendly. I stayed on the first floor by the pool area. Might choose a upper floor next time as the pool is noisy if you wanted to sleep. Staff were good about closing the pool area on schedule which helped.

10/10 Exceptional

They made arrangements for my check in and check out with no hassle or issues. I love when I am able to get accommodated when it comes to my kiddos. The only thing I would have liked to know upfront would be that the pool was having issues with the heater. Also if someone would have stayed on the towels more. I had to call and ask for towels once I got out of the pool.
Lancia, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great staff decent place to stay
Chris, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

This property is way overdue for a remodel. Rooms and common areas are filthy. Fridge was moldy and made a clicking noise all night. I asked to have the fridge looked at. Ended up unplugging it on night two so I could sleep. Lazy river was FREEZING, to the point no one could use it. None of the exterior doors required key entry and were never locked. Mouse traps in the stairwells. Gym has been turned into a salon and moved to room 106. You have to ask the front desk for a key to get into the “gym.”The list goes on. Don’t let the updated exterior fool you. I would NOT recommend this property.

The person that checked me in and was in charge of the front desk was exceptional in addressing some of my concerns that came up - great customer service!
