We've stay here several times and normally find the hotel. Very good service and value. However, we reported a leaking toliet and water all over bathroom floor. We asked twice for it to be fixed. We're told it's fixed but it wasn't.

Great stay!

The facilities are very good and the accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. We found the beds a little hard and the accommodation will benefit from a freshen up in the near future. The staff were fantastic! All so friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the restaurant and went exploring Quarteira and Vilamoura in the evenings instead.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic setting. Garden room was very comfortable with great pillows. Only downside was breakfast “hot”foods were at times anything but. Also the hotel is in a residential area and a taxi is required to get to the marina or even a supermarket

Absolutely lovely helpful staff. Thank you so much! Beautiful hotel and great if you’re a golfer. Fabulous course! The only down side was the pool water was quite cold so I didn’t swim as much as I would have l liked too. Also a long walk (1 hour ) to the beach but taxi drivers were great! All in all - I would highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet dinner was the worst food I can remember eating in a hotel or restaurant....EVER! The room was good, we took 2 dogs and were charged an outrageous €25 for each. The staff were disinterested with the exception of the sommelier in the restaurant who was terrific.

Shower debacle.

I had 2 rooms at this hotel. Upon trying to use the shower in both rooms the showers did not work properly. In one room the hot tap stuck on fully open and would not close. In the 2nd room the cold tap stuck on fully open and would not close. It took 4 calls to reception and around an hour to get somebody to come to fix the showers. Due to the delay in us getting ready we missed our evening meal booking. The hotel manager refused to speak to me despite my polite request. The next day on check out the reception staff insisted that we had broken both taps by turning them too tightly. This is absolute nonsense. I've had many thousands of showers and this has never happened before. I think the truth is that these rooms had not been used before this season and the shower parts had corroded due to inactivity. This explains why the guy who delivered our bags insisted we check if the room was ok before we accepted it. All in all the hotel should ensure the room is fit for use before renting it out and they hadn't done so. Blaming us was the cherry on top. Don't stay here there are many better options.

Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer war es ständig kalt trotz Heizung danach wurde die Luft sehr unangehem. Man hätte für ein 5 Stern viel mehr erwarten können, die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, niemand hat auch in der Nacht Rücksicht genommen
