Stephen, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The bedroom was not clean and infected with wasps, bathroom not clean and very dated I payed £80 and would never use this hotel again marks out of ten. Nil
Brian, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Check in was quick and easy. I had booked a twin room but on arrival we only had 1 small cup, and 1 pillow on each bed, we were supplied with extras once I went to reception. When making tea we discovered we only had supplies for one each so went without before departure. Room was shabby with broken furniture but beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep
Elaine, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The whole building needs total refurbishment. We had a broken mirror, filthy wardrobes, disgusting bathroom, dirty kettle. The clean bed was the only redeeming feature or we would have slept in the car.
Paul, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

As the hotel uses old and bad conditions facilities they’ll ask you to give your card details to reception saying: for in case you brook something😂 ): mates nothing is new its all broken before you even inter
Aborihan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

I was impressed with the paintwork. The owners desperately need to find the money for new plumbing and electrics. then they can charge more and would get more visitors.
Ann, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

For the money we paid we can’t complain. Tired hotel but bed was not too bad and shower had plenty of hot water and was powerful.
Amy, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Excellent & great service
Danish, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Bed was uncomfortable, carpets were mouldy in places, corridor smelt of weed everyday when we turned up, on the Wednesday night there was banging and shouting in the corridor late at night, bathroom soaps were out of date, would ideally like a refund as we won't be staying here again in the future
Thomas, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Mold in showers, clogged toilet, door lock was broken, bad room smell, uncomfortable bed, really thin walls could hear other people's tvs clearly till 2am.
Joaquin, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This place should be condemned. No hot water ,wallpaper coming off walls , ripped and dirty carpet, bed was a shocker springs sticking into you. Wi fi was no existence even with pass word . No fan in room and none available to borrow.
Carol, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Good place to sleep
Darren, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Its ok if your single, and you need somewhere just to lay your head. They didn't have a range of beers to suite. But cheap and cheerful.
Jason, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

We stayed for a night as we’re visiting locally. This is a basic, budget hotel and fir the price paid we were not expecting much more than this
Elizabeth, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

We were on the ground floor as requested. The decor us really dated. The towels were clean 👍 only problem was lack of sleep because guests in next room argued ALL night to the point where I was going to call the Police. Then they were climbing in and out of the windows. They went quiet at around 5.30 am.
Vivienne, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Was easy to get to low priced well prosented an staff very helpful
Christopher, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

The property was dirty, we had no soap in our room at all, the windows were filthy and the bathtub was filthy, the rubbish bins weren't all empty and there wasn't enough toilet paper. The pillows were flat as a pancake. We would not book again
Patrick, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Room a little tired, but clean, clean bedding and towels, lovely hot water for a shower, tv easy to work. Tea and coffee, for a budget stay would use this hotel again
Coral, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Not as described on website, room and bed not conducive
god bless, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

A run down and unkempt hotel. No hot water. It needs a complete overhaul. With a lot of cash and effort could made into something better. It’s in a good location but grounds scruffy.
Christina, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Very dirty in welcome area and rooms look like they have been flashed over with grey paint rust in bathroom blood on the curtain yucky stuff on the windows cobwebs and dirty beds very uncomfortable springs sticking up. Only good thing location to Himley hall and car park would avoid next time
rachel, 1-night trip
