Had my service dog which seemed to upset staff. The cleaning supervisor used undilluted bleach in the bathroom which made my eyes tear up and throat hurt. My dog is super well trained, there was no need for all of that. Had to vacate my room for over 6 hours. Days later the smell of bleech was headache inducing.

Hubo problemas con mi reservación ya que no les aparecía en sistema y tuvieron que rastrearla y posteriormente llamar a reservas para que la subieran al sistema y poder respetar el costo de la habitación que aparecía en la aplicación, en si el servicio es bueno el hotel es cómodo y limpio solo que no te ponen toallas para manos o cara ni tapete para el baño fiera de eso todo bien
