The first time the staff at the bar on the floor 2nd had a wonderful customer services on July 22, 2025 I experience a different staff which the customer services was ok. The front desk amazing both times!! However I will stay again because the location is great to take an early flight.

The hotel has a great location, front desk and housekeping staff provided a good customer services. However the bar in the 2nd floor the customer services was ok maybe a little more effort will be nice. The rooms needs a little more improvement, but I will uses this hotel again because is a great location to take an early flight.

It was a good place to stay after a long, late trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, hash browns and bread. I do not recall seeing fresh fruit or yogurt. Outside noise was the down side.

If you have an overnight layover in San Juan, book this hotel!!! It’s not the Ritz, but the San Juan Airport Hotel was better than a 5-star resort when it came to meeting our needs!😁 Clean comfy beds, big shower, clean room, cold AC, a restaurant literally down the hall that’s open til 11 pm, and a 5-minute walk to check in for your flight!

Convenient. The hotel is within the airport. We were originally to arrive late which is the only reason we chose it. The good is that its convenient to the airport. The food was also surpisingly good. However the rooms are small and cramped and airplanes seem to fly right over it all night. Well it is in the airport.
