Good accommodation in Santiago. Great location, friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Room was big, clean, but beds were not comfortable and the shower door is not functional, ending up with water all over the bathroom.

They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled. Also, at night there was no air conditioning. I woke many times uncomfortably warm. If I had known about it I wouldn’t have booked there.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in our room 204, we called because we were working and needed internet for this, and they did nothing, did not move us to a different room or did nothing to work this out, additionally in the same room the air conditioner has a very loud noise that sound just as the vibration of a cellphone message every few minutes, this made it impossible for us to sleep.

O hotel e bom e muito bem localizado. Acho que o único ponto negativo é o fato de não fazerem um lanche mesmo sendo solicitado nos dias de passeios. Quase todo hotel é ocupado por turistas e não temos direito nem a um lanche mesmo tendo pago pelo café da manhã todos os dias. Inconcebivel.

Experiência incrível. Quartos bons, com ar condicionado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, agua quente no banheiro (pia e chuveiro). Café da manhã gostoso e com boas opções. Acima de tudo, todos os funcionários são muito gentis e solicitos. Apesar de eu não falar espanhol, todos fizeram questao de falar mais devagar ou tentar falar um pouco do ‘portunhol’.

No primeiro quarto que nos colocaram a porta nao fechava. Nos trocaram para um quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava. Como a primeira noite fez calor em Santiago, isso foi um problema pra gente. Além disso, pela manhã, não conseguiamos tomar banho quente. Acredito que muitos hóspedes tomavam banho pela manhã e a água quente acabava. Os funcionários eram solícitos e educados, mas apesar da boa vontade, não tinham mais quartos disponíveis e tivemos que ficar no quarto com ar condicionado com defeito.
