All the hotel staff is wonderful, I had a small mishap with the air conditioning, but at the moment they were there with great kindness, honestly I would have stayed there, I give them a 10++

The unit was just as pictured and was well stocked and clean with a great view. The only negative was some noisy neighbors and the sound of everyone slamming the sticky metal doors . We will definitely look to book this unit again. Very good value.

I was so afraid about all the bad comments, BUT it was amazing. the parking is a bit difficult but I dont think any hotels in this area can have better parkings. Food was amazing, location was amazing, our room was the 610 and it was clean, we slept amazing. For the price in this area, we did love everything! Beach acess was perfect and the pool too! Did'nt have to leave the hotel once to find food. We will come back.

Good, clean room. Nice mattress. Good view. Fast elevator. Check-in / security process took 30min because of a line. Bath tub looked terrible and shower wouldn't drain well.

Very good location, nice quiet apartment, we didn’t hear any neighbors. We stayed a week, kids loved it. Transportation to South Beach and downtown steps away. Nice, heated swimming pool! We are definitely coming back!!

Health hazard!! This rental was bug-infested — I have photographic proof. I was recovering from surgery and needed a clean space. The host suggested fumigating while I was still staying there. After I moved to a hotel, they stopped responding. No refund. No decency. No respect for guests. Do NOT book here under any circumstance.

It’s has a bad smell through out the property Ever employee was rude The Floor was all pilling up so you had to wear shoes in the room or you would cut your foot Shower faucet was broken The valet parking was a joke Save your money and go somewhere else

Good low budget, no frills place to stay on the beach. Outdated and very few outlets, but all you need to cook, sleep and shower. No ice, no washer and dryer. I didn’t see any cleaning supplies- not a lot of places to eat in the area.

This property is older and it looks it. You are getting what you paid for. Different people own each unit. I was happy with my unit. The bed was comfortable and the unit was functional. So my experience there was ok. Overall they attempt to keep it up. Just running a bit behind it seems. So i give it a 3 star rating
