A quick stover hotel for us. We were surprised how good this hotel was for what we paid. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We were provided any instructions to check in when we arrived late during the festival periods. However the after hour staff Provided support as needed.

Hotel overall was good but on arrival was advised that we needed to have a different room. On seeing the room it was clearly not the same type we had booked, fewer sleeping spaces. When challenging this we were advised that we were downgraded so different. No mention of this on check in and no mention of adjusting the amount we had already cleared. Given a new room but would not confirm it was what we had booked and told to get the missing bed linens from the laundry room.

Gorgeous stay

We had a lovely stay here. It was a short walk away from everything. The room itself was amazing and the sofa bed was made up on our arrival. The room was bright and large, with a kitchenette. The beds were both so comfortable, had a lovely sleep! The staff were all pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was a wide range of items to choose from. Only downside was the lift was small, we wouldn’t have used it at all but we had the pram with us. Just something to be aware of if travelling with lots of luggage etc. we had a brilliant stay and will certainly book again if visiting Malmo :)

Book another hotel.

Cleaning in bathroom, not okey hair from shaving in the sink and ALOT of hair in the shower drain. No instruction for check-in. But the worst part was the poor sound insolation, when other guests walked passed the room and talked in a normal tone it felt like they where standing beside our bed. Like extremely poor, I’m usually okey with stuff like this but this was scary bad. We woke up like 4-5times during the night because it sounded like someone was in the room with us. The breakfast was 4/10 okey but nothing special.

God placering ifht folkets park, og med gåafstand til den gamle del af byen. Sød og imødekommende personale ved morgenmaden. Fin morgenbuffet med fornuftigt udvalgt fra forskelligt brød og yoghurt med div. Topping. Værelset med noget differens ifht hvad der var vist på hotels.com- det var knap så repræsentativt og skuffede lidt i virkeligheden . Fryseren trængte til afisning ( og en låge) før den kunne bruges . Vi brugte ikke køkkenet ellers men måtte opgive at have is placeret i den. Ac/klima havde været ønskeligt da der var utroligt varmt . Vi forsøgte at have vinduerne åbne men da mange anvender gaden til at komme til/fra de mange omkringliggende barer og restauranter var der en del larm indtil midt på natten. Parkering ved nærmeste center til 200 svkr/døgn .

Bra val om man vill ha eget kök

Bra läge & mycket trevlig personal! Bra möjligheter när man vill laga mat själv. Få parkeringsplatser. Dåligt diskat & städat, glas med fläckar som bara var ursköljda trots att det finns diskmaskin, hittade hårtussar både i duschen och vissa ställen på golvet. Dammigt på överskåpen. Ej påfyllt med duschtvål. Kuddar som hade behövts bytas ut -gula fläckar. Annars bra boende med närhet till det mesta.

Varmt i rummet/lägenheten, ingen luftkonditionering endast fläkt inställd. Mycket måsar och andra fåglar utanför som stör och låter mycket vid öppet fönster pga värmen i rummet, bodde in mot innergården. Frukost okej utbud men inte så bra kvalite, mycket halvfabrikat.
