The shower drainage was clogged and flooded during the shower. The drainage or sinks had unpleasant odour. The pillows were very thick and impossible to sleep. When we asked for a flat pillow, was told it was not available. The bed lines were frayed, though the room appeared to be quite clean.

Fabulous location with lovely view over the Marina and beyond to the Red Sea. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. Best of all, the restaurant on the roof of the Boutique Hotel. The menu offers an extensive choice & the food is delicious. Special mention must go to the cocktails. I cant think of a better way to unwind at the end of the day than sipping a cocktaiil overlooking the marina !

We only stayed one night, which we were glad. We booked the Economy Room, in which 2 from 3 power outlets didn’t work, the shower was dirty and the bedding was kinda weird and worn out, and the wifi didn’t really work that well. For the money we paid it was OK, and I dont think there is anything better in the Marina Area. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, so I can recommend it for a shorter stay or maybe a better room than we had.

The property itself is in a nice and convenient place. The down side is the decor which needs a good touch up. The fittings in the bathroom, are falling apart the floors tiles to very outdated. The furnishings are very nice and contemporary. With a little touch up and general maintenance, i would give 10/10
