One of the rooms we rented the sink was clogged so they moved us to a much smaller room. It is down town DC and there was rats running around outside.

Great hotel in a fantastic location!

Stayed here for 4 nights. It’s in the perfect location for exploring DC. It’s not a shiny modern hotel but that’s reflected in the price. Very clean room with room service every day, a super comfy bed and surprisingly good shower! I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Pretty typical hotel. Not fancy, and they don't offer any breakfast. And they do not have a fridge in the room. Compared with hotel, the price is okay but still not cheap. I would suggest to add a little more to live other more comfort place if you plan to stay longer.

Convenient Location, needs updates

The hotel is in a convenient location and was affordable. However, the property is very old and needs updates. The rooms needs fridges/microwaves and other more modern amenities. I think it the charming to have the old vintage feel but could be combined with more modern amenities and still maintain the charm. Staff was friendly when needed.
