The hotel was way more expensive for what it has provided . The rooms were in bad condition and not clean enough, the pictures Provided in Expedia do not show the real conditions of the hotel , be aware.

IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

Boa noite ! So uma obs: o chuveiro não estava quente,um morno frio,se me entende, e a cama tinha 2 colchão de solteiro uma parte ficava alta e outra baixa .Dormida não foi legal pra minha esposa. O restante tudo tranquilo.

fiz uma reserva de acordo com as imagens meramente ilustrativas no hotel, porém quando cheguei, encontrei dificuldade para estacionar, pois o hotel não disponibilizava vagas, me isnatalaram em um quarto no subsolo com um barulho imenso, sujo passei a noite inteira acordaro e a toalha disponibilizada foi uma toalhinha de rosto ainda danificada.

Segunda vez que me hospedo e me colocam em um quarto no subsolo, perto das encanações, quarto com odor terrivel que eu tive que colocar perfume na frente do ar condicionado pra ver se melhora, lençol sujo, botão da descarga ruim de apertar. Pelo valor que paguei, eu achei que a estadia seria melhor do que o Riviera de Amaralina que é da mesma rede e lá é tudo otimo. Fora a atendente que parecia que nao queria estar ali na má vontade. Na outra vez fiquei no quarto 012 e dessa vez no 014

Internet no quarto não funcionava, dobradiça da porta do banheiro quebrada e adaptada com parafuso, móveis velhos, registro do chuveiro quebrado e soltando durante o banho. Café da manhã razoável. Manutencão precária e precisando de atualização.

Na primeira noite ficamos em um quarto muito antigo e mal conservado, o que deixou a desejar. Após a troca, o novo quarto era bem melhor e mais confortável. O café da manhã é razoável, mas o café servido tinha um gosto muito ruim. No geral, considerando o valor cobrado, a estadia foi boa, mas com pontos que podem ser melhorados.
