We had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious, very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely little gym to use and a great breakfast buffet. Will happily come back when we are next in Katowice.

Greeted with a warm welcome, staff were all friendly, the lounge area is comfy and cosy, great to enjoy a drink. The rooms were clean and spacious too, great value for money.
Location is also fab, right opposite the shopping center and a two minute stroll from the Christmas markets!

Room was very well appointed and lots of plug sockets everywhere. Nice bathroom, shower enclosure leaked (I rarely find a hotel that doesn't). Room was warm even in March and the air-con only worked for heat at that time of year.
TV had only 2 English news channels, not even one English movie or music channel. Shame. It's nice to go to bed and watching something for an hour.....
We would stay again, it's super central and we paid only £75 p/n.

The hotel was central and made travelling by train / bus so convenient. The bars, restaurants and shops were literally on the door step.
The hotel was clean and quiet.
The breakfast was fab with lots of choice and the hot buffet was different each day - this has always annoyed me in other hotels when it is the same hot food each day.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Katowice.

Was there on Sunday . Location is good central of Katowice near train station and mall. Katowice was boring maybe it's because of that I was there on Sunday also weird sad energy going on in this city. I would skip Katowice and just stay in krakow

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and it was immaculate. Also, the small things make a difference, which is why I'm writing to say the body wash (Elemental Herbology) in the hotel smells so good. I will definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance from the main attractions and neighbourhoods. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar is very comfortable. The hotel was for us a modern home for a few days. Katowice was a surprise for its progressive, modern approach and its Silesian pride.
