Overall it was a good stay. We did not utilize the indoor water parks at all so i cannot comment on those. Room was clean, and ac worked excellent in the room. The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect for going to any of the local attractions. I have no real complaints.

We had the king suite and it was great. The only downside is they had a vacuum in the room but no broom which would’ve been really helpful with the sand tracked in. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and we had a great stay!

You will love it here for sure

It was our first time there and we loved it. It fully equipped in the kitchen. The room was clean. The view was amazing! The water parks were clean and we just had a ball so much water play and just to much fun just loved it, loved it, loved it. Some of most of the staff were amazing and some of them were not pleasant so that’s why rated it a 4. Also the ice machine didn’t work the entire stay and one the elevators for a short bit and the fixed it right away. Just amazing!

Fairly clean, not perfect. Water park was amazing for children. Different slide attendants and different standards. Some would let children ride together others wouldn’t. Had issues with tub stopper when trying to shower. It would not stay up causing shower to feel with water. Beds are super stiff not comfortable to me. They do provide a lot of pillows though.
