One key per reservation for four - is a rule which I never experienced before. And so - extra charge for toilet paper or towels… The apartment was freezing cold and no extra bed ready , nor bedsheets neither , could have been clean as well , but … nothing to recommend , apart of location

Good size apartment in general which had a good range of amenities. There was a balcony with views of other apartments and lift access. After check in we had to exit the building with our luggage and room key and walk outside the building and enter it from a different area.
The bed in the room was comfortable but too large for the room size as there was little space to walk past the end due to the positioning of a TV on the wall.
There was dog hair or something similar on the floors which attached to our socks.
There was a kitchen but no t towel.
There was no bat mat.
We used the pool once, this had to be booked and allowed a maximum of one hour per day. It was a nice area but we couldn’t do much swimming as there were children chasing each other around in it.
Great location and transport options, within minutes walk of the old town, river, shops and restaurants.

Bad smell of baby wommit from the sofa which we needed for the second bed. We had to throw the cousins out on the balcony because of the smell. The reception did not care.
Only two beds were ready at arrival. We needed to make the other two ourselves with extra, Dusty linnen under the smelly sofa. This was aparently normal.
Breakfast was OK.

The apartment decoration is very modern and mirrors on the walls certainly give a spacious impression and it feels chic. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with various French toasts. It’s a sit-down-to-order a la carte menu. You can order drinks unlimited and they will be served to your table.
Usage of spa is limited to one hour/day and you need to book in advance. We are staying in apartment and not hotel so you need to walk out of your apartment building to the hotel entrance to get into spa but it’s not a long walk (100m) nevertheless you don’t want to walk on the street with your bathrobe for its a rather busy street.
I will certainly come back again.
