A great stay for business. Fleur from the Delice Brasserie is a credit to the hotel, Fleur’s service was impeccable, she hosted our numerous business meeting dinners/coffees over our stay. The hotel staff were amazing and the room was as advertise, Unfortunately the hotel was neighbouring to a lot of construction/noise.

Asked to extend stay by 1 day and was told fully booked by receptionist. Stood in reception and booked immediately via Hitels.com with 3 types of accommodation available. Checked out and then checked in again. Room was nice, shame the shower had no hot water, TV didn’t work and the max room temperature was 21 degrees - only discovered the flaws in the morning! Travel a lot in Europe on business and normally look for a Sofitel - NOT ANYMORE!

We were a little disappointed with our check in experience, and the hotel seemed a little tired. However majority of the staff were eager to help and beds are comfortable. Room service staff exceptional, especially at breakfast.

I do not like when kids are not treated as paying customers. We pay for 3 - 2 adults and a kid - we should get 3 towels not 2 and kids should be able to use the pool the same as adults. This is not an exclusive adult hotel.
