My parents live in Lake Dallas but I always stay here because of the comfortability, restaurants on site, coffee shop and shops. The spa is definitely an added bonus. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice when it was open.
