Great staff
Martin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Really nice stay. Room very comfortable, great view, lovely bathroom with spa bath, healthy breakfast. We weren't impressed by the dinner menu on offer so went elsewhere. The hotel has fab views but I found it to be a bit drafty in the restaurant and lounge areas

Beautiful view from our room (304), which was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Fantastic room. Beautiful view. Exceptionally clean room. Delicious Nespresso coffee maker (sadly not enough pods, but reception kindly responded). Excellent bathroom. Super cosy bed, wished we had same at home!! Lovely member of staff, Thelma (think thats her name?) So welcoming, friendly and delightful! Our very 1st visit to HH, won't be the last!! Thank you for a magical stay!

8/10 Very good

The view is just sublime. The room was delightful. The service was mixed. We did think at one point we were wearing a cloak of invisibility. And we felt like replying when someone asked,”Any allergies,” “Yes, slow service.” The food was excellent and we heard one gentleman say he had eaten scrambled eggs all over the world but the ones at The Harbour Heights were the finest.
Malcolm, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Amazing views from our harbour view room, food at dinner & breakfast was good, beautiful, clean room & friendly staff
Linda Anne, 1-night trip

Dated room but good breakfast

Room itself was a bit dated but breakfast was really nice and made to order with a view of Poole harbour. Location is 9 minutes walk from the beach but you can’t really see it unless you’re in the dining room or specific rooms I believe

Nice place

Nice hotel. Great location. Building is old so felt a little cold in some areas. But all understandable. Whirlpool bath was a nice surprise. Will visit again.

Will be back!

Lovely stay - the views made it so book a room with a view if you can! Staff were excellent, food was also very good. Breakfast in particular was lovely and high quality.

A comfortable relaxing weekend.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay to visit family. Our room had a stunning view across Poole Bay. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food quality and especially with the attentiveness of the staff.

A lovely comfortable room with outstanding views. Friendly and courteous staff - great one night stay. We will be back.
Lovely views of Poole harbour.
A very comfortable bed and room.
Geoff, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff were lovely! Really good service. V impressed. Hotel would do with a facelift though, the room is a bit dated. Incredible views and lovely menu.
Liz, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly welcome with great service, great views over Poole harbour. Bathrooms a bit tired, but certainly clean, and walls quite thin so noise travels.

Excellent

Great place, fabulous views, lovely room and the italian girl on reception couldn't do enough for you, has a fantastic personality, great customer service skills and deserves a pay rise😁.
John, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

I can only imagine what this place used to be. The views are breathtaking but the hotel has certainly seen better days. Very tired and dirty! Food was appalling so give that a miss. We sent both dishes, from the very dire menu, back as it was not edible. The rooms was dated, tired and dirty. The restaurant and veranda look over to the most amazing views but was somewhat dampened down by the dirty windows. Manager seemed to not enjoy being there, which I feel was adding to the problem. I can imagine him not motivating staff or leading. His own trousers were filthy! Such a shame as this could be such a gem!
Wyndham, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good but not wow

Good location in Canford Cliffs. Nice terrace and bar. Room nice but a tiny bit old fashioned, as was the hotel. Breakfast pleasant. Really not much to fault but not wow either. Would probably stay again so no complaints.
David, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very good location between Studland, Sandbanks, Poole and Bournemouth. The hotel though is tired, with outdated room furniture and decorations and missing modern conveniences like USB sockets. Bar v expensive, breakfast ok (granola bars great), slow service. Excellent views from the terrace
Lynette, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

overnighter

overnight stay for short trip to ferry next day. Overall generally very good. Some areas could do with a 'touch up' but nothing really to complain about

Hit the heights at Harbour Heights!

I completed the SW Coast walk at this wonderful hotel, A warm welcome at reception despite my somewhat dishevelled appearance. Room was 306 very comfortable with a jaw-dropping view of the harbour extending from the port of Poole to Old Harry Rocks. A great meal in the restaurant, with good food and drink and accommodating service Yes, the whole stay was expensive, but in this case, I feel I got what I paid for!
GF, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Lovely room, nice reception staff, great views from the bar and restaurant but the experience was let down by breakfast. Ordered Avocado Benedict - served with blackened/burnt avocado and spinach that was very gritty and inedible. I did send it back but the waiter didn’t seem particularly bothered.
