Mackinac Trip

We had a wonderful time at Bridge Vista. The lakefront room was stunning and the beach was very kid friendly with shallow waters and clean. Overall it was a great hotel, especially for the price. One down fall was the pool area was very over chlorinated and two of the main big water slides were broke down. I would recommend staying here.

Mackinaw City Getaway

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Had a great view of the lake and Mackinac Bridge. Got to see some fireworks out the window from Mackinac Island. Downfall of this resort is the pool area. Adult waterslide was not operable and the pool area could use some updating. Lazy river was a cool spot to hangout and the hot tub was too. There is no breakfast but coffee and tea are available by front desk. Beach area was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Staff were friendly and the view was fantastic. There is no microwave in the room but they do have one in the lobby for guest use. The big slides at the Waterpark were closed for the entirety of our stay and the water probably needed some chlorine but my kids loved it still. Housekeeping came by to offer fresh towels and trash pick up. They even had staff outside to clean the lawn/beach area. We would stay here again!

Amazing staff, great property

The hotel was very good. It leans more toward excellent than good with its Lake Huron views, amenities, and helpful staff. The water park was cool but some elements were closed or removed, big slides and lily pads. So not as fun for the older kids, but We made the best of it. The arcade did not have a working quarter dispenser so we could not play the games. That being said, the staff was AMAZING, especially Elisa. Very kind and helpful. They made all the difference in our stay!

The room was great the water park needs a lot of attention. The water is very cold in the kids water play section. Lazy river was the best part of the water park. I've stayed here many times over the years pre-Covid and it's went from a 5 to a 2 in this time frame. They used to have amazing breakfast and now you just get a coupon for offsite place that is expensive and not worth going. I suggest brining your own breakfast items. The staff was amazing though.

Temu version of great wolf lodge

We arrived super late like around midnight and when we got there, we were told they didn’t have our reservation. I’m not sure what happened but they found it eventually. Was told I’d get an upgrade, but didn’t. But if you’ve ever gone to great wolf lodge, this is it, but temu version! The park was sketchy. There was a hole in the bottom of the pool, some weird white stuff, strong chemical smell, the kids area was super cold. Just felt gross. The big slide doesn’t work. The rooms felt outdated. The whole property itself just needs a little update. It was doable for the price and what we needed. Can’t complain. The lake behind was nice though. Very pretty. All in all, not bad in a time crunch and in the price range. It’s close to everything.
