The two bedroom suite was great, we loved having room to sit as a family and hang out. A few things that were negative was that the tv is old and doesn’t support Netflix, etc., and the breakfast was very weak and looked ransacked every day without replacements. We enjoyed the location, the staff, and the hotel overall and would definitely return. The kids loved the pool and got to as well!

Amenities to love! Views, Ocean, Pool!

The suite was perfect for a family stay. Grandparents and kids loved the pool and the rooftop hot tub. The neighborhood was cute with nice restaurants and an ice cream shop and the view of the ocean and the pond from our corner suite was spectacular. We loved our time here and exploring Newport.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite, great for families of 5 like ours. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very basic (cereal, bagels, pastries). Located close to beach and you can reach the Cliff Walk by foot easily.
