Excellent hotel in the absolutely best location. Room was good and bathroom was excellent.Bed was really comfy too. Staff super friendly and really helpful giving good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast could be better as its off a menu from Lloyds cafe a buffet would have been better. Staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for me, great recommendations for food and transport. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. Short walk from Grande Place and Central Station. Quirky set up with reception set behind cool cafe where breakfast was also served. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for train access

Was very convenient to get to and from the train station, and close to all the main attractions. Even though it was extremely busy right outside my room was quiet. Had issues with the window in the room but was fixed. The staff at the reception were hit ir miss. Some were great and others had attitude issues which didnt make a great impression.
