Really like this hotel. Stayed here before. In a great location near downtown. Staf was really friendly, room was clean. Only issue is the beds need to be upgraded as they still have old spring mattresses and the beds are pla ed right at the door. I wasn't a fan of that. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and roomy.

Room was nice. Not quite as nice as usual. Room needed to be updated and we didn’t have enough toilet paper, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap and barely any paper towels. Called the front desk and they said they’d send stuff up and never did. We had to seek out the housekeeping staff. Not a usual stay at the cove and we stay fairly often.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think this is much more of a family hotel than it is a place where couples would go. Unfortunately, even with light darkening curtains, the light from the balcony shown above and below the curtains to the point where it was difficult to sleep, and the mattress itself was not particularly supportive. So although I think this is probably a great family, friendly hotel, it really wasn’t for us.
