The location is good, many good food and coffee places close by. The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable and the pillows were amazing (A+). The down side is the rooms are so noisy that for sleep you need earplugs. The internet in the rooms is so weak that reading a newspaper is a challenge. The hotel staff is not helpful and unfriendly. They only give one key per room. The staff in the evening dose not understand English and during the day they are limited. I cannot recommend and was happy to leave.

Me bañaba y el agua salía por la rejilla del baño inundando la habitación, avisé a recepción y me dijeron que no podrían resolverlo ya que el conserje estaba solo en el hotel, pedí un cambio de habitación y estaban sobre vendidos, el wifi no funcionaba. El teléfono de la habitación para llamar a la recepción tampoco funcionaba, en el baño perdía todo menos el inodoro y el video

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo à Avenida 9 de Julho, ao Obelisco, academias, mercados e opções de food truck. A recepção foi rápida e eficiente. Quanto ao café da manhã, apresenta pouca variedade — durante os quatro dias de hospedagem, as opções se repetiram diariamente. Em relação ao quarto, há pouca iluminação. As tomadas ficam escondidas atrás da cama (só as encontrei porque precisei mover o móvel). O box do banheiro é apenas pela metade, o que faz com que o restante do banheiro fique todo molhado. A descarga também é bastante barulhenta, o que poderia ser melhorado. De modo geral, foi uma boa estadia, mas com pontos que podem ser aprimorados para maior conforto dos hóspedes.
