Great location, comfy rooms, and nice pool. Great drinks from the bar and amazing views for sunset. Valet kept pulling up the wrong car, luckily they removed the resort fee given that’s mainly what it paid for.

Overall a very good option in Sedona. A great central location. The property is older and some areas show it more than others. For the high nightly rates, I would expect some areas of this property to look and feel
More elevated. This includes the interior hallways (very cheap looking), pool area (was ok), restaurant appearance inside also just ok. The room was fine overall, and clean. Again, it’s a decent hotel to stay at but expected more for what was paid (roughly $750/ night)

Everything was outstanding EXCEPT the false advertising. The one item we really looked for when planning our stay was a hotel that offered bikes. They tout it on their website, but upon arriving found they "have bikes but not really in working order". Don't advertise what you don't have - creating a false expectation overshadowed all the good.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The spa was clean and massage was great. The place is right in the middle of downtown Sedona. There is a big hill to climb to get to the Main Street but they will drive you in a golf cart if you would like.

We’ve stayed at several Sedona hotels and this one was a gem. Tucked off of downtown, with amazing views. Staff was very friendly, grounds were very well kept and the VIP perk was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Our room was very nice. We liked the balcony and the larger than average room. The pool and hot tub were good with a beautiful setting of the creek and mountain range in the background. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, we could walk to restaurants but felt away from the busy area on top of the hill down by the creek. We would stay again.

This was a couple getaway. I thought the SPA was bigger than what is was. The hours 9 to 5 pm are limited with the sauna closing at 5 PM. Restaurants offered good food and service. There were a lot of children, so there was a lot of activity with a younger generation, but nothing that was negative. ON one day musci was turned on loud during an early Sunday morning. Calls were made to front desk and it was addressed.
