Very beat up, neglected building, door handle broken, restroom door broken too. Blankets and pillows are stained. Could be so much better if they would put a little bit of effort. Was not clean enough. You can get better options at this price.

Good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was okay but it is what you pay for, balcony was tiny and scary but good to have, only real downside was when using the shower the bathroom got soaked. Location was good for me as it was a 20 min walk to dam square.

Advertised with AC but there was none. We’re 78 years old and the elevator was non functioning when leaving the 4th floor. The stairway was extremely steep and narrow for older people. An enormous mouse, or small rat was found in front of one door. The location was very good however.
