Unfortunately for us our stay was too short, but this property is amazing! The quiet atmosphere, the well manicured gardens, the hacienda looks and feel made our stay so wonderful, so much that we took some pictures. The room had a nice bedding, very quiet and we took a half-mile walk to Oaxaca’s vibrant main square, we had a nice dinner and walked back to the hotel. We worried a little because streets were empty and some were a little dark, but we were ok. We could have hired an Uber or Didi but we preferred to walk, so it wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend this hotel if you like the hacienda feel, close to downtown and a very nice room!!!

Guests that need taxi service from location to the airport need to be on top of front desk customer service agent because I had an issue with two out of the three customer service agents at the last day of my day stay I found a roach in the shower other than that everything was fine

Everyone one I encountered was wonderful. The location was a little out of the way and when I needed a taxi, it took 15 minutes. Everything else was very nice.

I would stay there again, however you have to be mindful to not flush any paper down the toilet. Their sewage systems can’t handle toilet paper like in the US. Most of the staff was very friendly. A few of the waiters at their restaurant were a bit rude but overall we enjoyed our stay there.
