Lovely place to stay. Quiet rooms! No parking, you either walk 2 blocks to park or pay a lot for valet. Greg with valet was great!

Gorgeous and no stone unturned service

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are incredible, from the moment we pulled in, and Greg helped us with his amazing attitude and knowledge, to the end of our stay. The hotel is so comfortable in the room and in the lobby that you almost feel like you’re in a luxurious home instead of a hotel.

Really nice place! Tivoli lodge is really nice accomodation in heart of Vail. Vail is really nice Alpine style town. I especially liked Creek going through town where you can flyfish.

Place located in Vail Colorado very close to everything. Just not enough parking had to park in town parking lot it was more expensive too.

Room was comfortable, cozy, clean, and spacious. Staff was friendly. Fireplace inside room startled me after turning it on the next morning with a loud explosion and the protective glass shattered. Staff at front desk was non-plussed and offered neither an apology nor any credit/accommodation. After I returned to the front desk I politely asked for a credit and was then offered a valet credit but only after I initiated. This was an opportunity to provide excellent customer service and the staff dropped the ball in a major way. Big disappointment.

The staff was excellent both at the front desk and the valet. We thought the room was beautiful and the view of the mountain was exceptional. Complementary bike rental was also fantastic. We will definitely be back.
