The pool area is very fun for young families. There are life guards, so it is as orderly as can be for a crowded pool. The slides are great! My only complaint is I wish there were fitted sheets on the mattress.

Water park, hotel and room was great. Staff are so friendly and very responsive. The only issue was at checkout they were trying to charge me extra as they said “Hotels.com” did not charge the correct/updated rate for taxes, and resort’s fee. I show them the receipt with my upfront payment and they understand its not my fault so they helped me with not paying the difference.

Great spring break!

Quick and easy check in process, with friendly and professional staff. We requested a room close to the water park and were thrilled to get the one right next to the water park, this was extremely helpful with little children.The condo was specious and clean with little kitchen and everything needed. Could use some remodeling and bigger beds; the bed in the room was barely a queen size. Loved all amenities, super fun waterpark, specious enough even though it was full, and something for kids all ages. Our kids loved the arcade and bowling. Overall our stay was great!
