We stayed in one of the suites with a jacuzzi tub in the room and it has a cute little patio that goes right out to the pool and jacuzzi area. It was pretty quite property most of the time. The decor was a little mismatched, and by the patio door, there was a like a hole under the carpet. Location was great, we were one block from the water and activities and one block from shopping and food.

It’s an excellent place to stay if you’re spending a few days in Lake Tahoe. The only thing I’d recommend is replacing the toilet, as the bowl is very small; I’m a slim person, yet it was still uncomfortable to use. Apart from that, everything was great.

I really enjoyed the location. The down side was the litter around the outside of the building. I stayed four nights and the same trash was on the ground when I arrived and when I left! The workers did the bare minimum and were actually lazy to walk back by the trash twenty times a day and not pick it up! Very poor site management!

The 3 Peaks was a wonderful little place for my stay in South Lake Tahoe. It was well maintained and very cozy. The staff was friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. The location of 3 Peaks is excellent with a short 2 minute walk to a private beach that has access to watercraft rentals as well as a short few minute walk to Heavenly Village and the casinos. I will definitely be returning to the 3 Peaks. Side note: the private beach does require you to get a voucher from your hotel before heading down and there is a fee of $5.00 to enter.
