Clogged Tub Among Other Issues

When we arrived to this hotel, my partner and I were exhausted and wanted to take a shower, but the tub was totally clogged and dirty. We went to go complain to Faith at the desk, who was polite and offered us an email to request a refund, but couldn't reaccomodate us or get the tub fixed. We just ended up not being able to shower, and began to notice how terrible of shape the room was in otherwise. Many of the linens and towels had mystery stains, the mirror was cracked, a spot on the floor was sticky and stained, there was an earring back between the sheets, and the refrigerator was barely cold. The manager was also quite unhelpful via email, and I found it very frustrating that I couldn't speak to him in person. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you literally have no other choice. Book with extreme caution!
