We loved the apartment. The location is great and we had no issues inside the building. It was kept very clean at all times. You could hear noise outside the window that faces canal street but with some $3 ear plugs from Walmart that issue was solved. We would definitely stay here again!

Codes to get into the property didn’t work. We had to wait until another guest happened by. The whole idea of having to download their app and only getting communication through the app is a bad practice. We couldn’t get on the internet. No WiFi so no access. Also couldn’t leave as we’d never get back in. Horrible experience.

Great location, loved the apartment, it was perfect for what we wanted! Gets loud at night just based on being downtown, but that's expected. Could use a little maintenance (needed some paint and a chair was broken) but nothing major.

This apartment was amazing, and in a very good location right on canal street. The access was simple and it had everything we needed. The street is very noisy because of cars that go through canal st with VERY LOUD music but that’s all around canal and surroundings, so overall a great stay!
