A beautiful hotel, however I reserved two rooms one for my husband, daughter & I and another one for my dad and his family & for both it took about 40 minutes for the hot water to run, my father and his family had to shower with cold water. I let the water run until hot water came out but they did not know. The towels were so hard and dry they felt nasty. The tv was in an area that you could not plug it in to watch it which made no sense. Then in the restroom some kind of dry wall plaster thing kept chipping falling all over the bathroom sink and my stuff, I took pictures of it.

Los baños huelen todo el cuarto a caño según viene con un control remoto para la tele pero no te lo dan ! tiene agua la piscina pero está bien fría el agua y el yacusi no caliente el servicio es terrible!
