During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. While the front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating in allowing an early check-in, the room assigned was a standard room, despite my reservation for a superior room. Furthermore, the parking information provided was inaccurate; I was informed of a 24-hour parking policy with in-and-out privileges, but each exit resulted in a new charge, incurring additional expenses. Had I not been misinformed, I would have utilized the parking facility more efficiently. This was my sixth visit to this hotel, and I am disappointed with these inconsistencies. I will be considering alternative Radisson properties for future stays. Finally, I suggest providing guests with advance notice regarding any ongoing subway construction, as it significantly impacts travel to the city center.
