We stayed for two nights. ALL of the staff are BRILLIANT and looked after us really well. The room was spacious and the rain-shower incredible… probably the best I’ve had. The on-site Indian restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. Easy to walk around the area and just 5 minutes to Park Street for loads of good dining options. Wholeheartedly recommend Taj Samudra. This hotel is not what it used to be. One of the rooms was not available at 6:30 pm and was given a lower price room with out any monies back. The other room was small and not what I expected. I've stayed at this hotel before, but I will not return.
