Fantastic hotel, beautiful location and view, great restaurant and very clean and functional rooms with good water pressure in the shower. Right nextdoor to the hotel is the cable car that you can take to visit both the castle and the city, easy and convenient. We even had a small picnic with a view next to the hotel.

Amazing!! It’s right at the top of funicular train from town, so easy to get to town or back from town. Plenty of parking if you drive and amazing, truly amazing views!! The hiking is top notch down to the Castle, recommend the funicular back up. Rooms are gorgeous, clean, simple, with warm and cozy bedding and towels. Hit the sauna for a very warm warm up.

Definitely a place to stay...

We LOVED this hotel. The location ia spectacular. We had a car so this hotel was one of few to offer parking. Getting there was a tiny bit challenging as you have to pay attention to the road signs to not miss the turns. Absolutely worth it.
