We had an enjoyable stay at Grand Coloane. The room is very nice and spacious. Service is excellent, great breakfast spread. Serene surroundings by the water. There is a shuttle bus to the Grand Lisboa hotel. Overall a nice hotel if you’re looking for a more quiet atmosphere.

Great stay. Our kids absolutely loved it. Playroom was perfect for both our baby and 4-year old. Daily craft activities were also lovely for the older one. We found the restaurant food to be good and the pool was a perfect size and not too busy. It was great to have all the facilities on site.

The Grand Coloane is a great place to get away for a different e-work environment or family vacation. I highly recommend staying ocean side. Sitting on the balcony at night or early morning is quite relaxing. The staff are very helpful and kind.

A comfortable experience of accommodation

The staff is nice and we are appreciated for the free upgrade to high floor. Great scenery and cosy environment for the hotel. But there is room for improvement as the reception and resolution of television is quite low with static noise.

Had a fantastic 2 days stay with family at Grand Coloane Resort. Staff at the reception were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Restaurant staff provided great service and the meals were likely of high quality in breakfast & lunch. Staff near the pool & The Club were attentive and helpful. Concierge team was knowledgeable and provided useful recommendations and assistance, they also helped in finding taxi. Overall, a great place to stay in Macau, just 10 mins drive to Cotai strip.

Billy, Director of Rooms, helped us assure all details in place, as we traveled with baby and had many requests. Then, the F&B room service and pool staff was excellent too. Very accommodating and beautiful setup for birthday. We stayed at this property ALWAYS when in Macau, before called Westin, now changed name. We would continue staying there.

The staffs were great. The facilities were great. The building was a bit run down. The hotel may or may not worth the 5 stars. One big problem is transportation as the Taxi in Macau is basically mafia operated with no Uber or Grab or Ola or Didi or Gocar. Several times we had to rely on public bus.

Hotel is located in a secluded area and very remote from the city center. We had to take taxi or hotel shuttle to get to the action. Also, hotel is very dated and old. TV did not work (had no signals) for more than a day. If you like having your own balcony to an ocean view, then consider this hotel. Otherwise I would recommend staying at one of the newer and more modern hotel on the Cotai strip due to the dated facility and remote location.

It is a spacious hotel in a location that you can see a different side of Macau. Love the beach and sea view from the hotel room. The swimming pool area also nice and kids friendly environment. The only down point is that it is not at a very convenient location that you might have difficulties for getting a taxi during peak hour if you have missed the shuttle bus or buses outside the hotel (they all runs in every 30 minutes). Also, it would be nice if they had a convenient shop inside the hotel. As if customers need some daily necessity or snacks, they would have to bring themselves or travel back to the main city center to get them.

Lovely and peaceful place for family outing! You should try the calm and fomfort arround with indoor and outdoor swimingpools. Kid's activities. The trainers are very helpful and kid-friendly. No hurry! Thats the beauty. Finally the foods, specially for long breakfast, many items even you don't need any formal lunch after it. We like it. Lastly, I should mention you may find some ants in the room, should be careful if you have kids with you, otherwise they are not harmful. I'll prefer to go again!

Great vibe, just need maintenance

Overall a pleasant experience in this lovely nature oriented hotel. Love the chill out vibe and family friendly atmosphere and surroundings. I know it is an older hotel but it would be nice if the management can pay more attention to the maintenance. My hotel bathroom shower glass door was not really in place, so I couldn’t close it while taking a shower. I understand it takes time to manage such a big number of hotel rooms. Just a heads up to the management team if they can check each room’s situation. Thank you for everything.
