Unwelcoming staff, you walk in and no one says hi. They charged my stay twice because I booked last minute and the system didn’t register the payment. Staff at check-in didn’t spot this. In-room balcony fencing is made of plastic, poor quality furniture and products in the room too.

Spent most of my 5 night at the resort because it was so nice and convenient. All of the restaurants served very good food and the service was outstanding. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The casino was rather small but fun. There is a supermarket close and a cool bar and pizza/burger place a short walk from the hotel. You can get a cab to go anywhere.

The resort is beautiful. Close to the airport. Unfortunately my room had no hot water the entire time I was there and there were ants all over any food inside my room.

Short stay in St Kitts

Room was clean and comfortable. Balcony was uninviting with 2 chairs not in very good condition. Beach was great with lovely sand and the breakers meant it was ol for swimming. Most of the reception staff were welcoming but other staff in cafes in the hotel and grounds were not very friendly making the event not a pleasurable experience.
