Very nice stay for the price. Decent breakfast with sausage eggs potatoes pancakes and other things. Called and asked for more coffee for the room and they brought right up. Very nice people and I would definitely stay there again.

Located close to the university however the back building we stayed at smelled like nothing but cigarettes. Cleanliness was on, AC did not work only the fan mode on the AC worked.
