Great family stay

The environment was very noisy. Otherwise, nice.

Amazing location and value

Amazing location, price and tons of things to do. I wish our stay was longer so our kids could enjoy everything they had to offer. The room was basic, but it had everything we needed outside of an ice machine.

A fun summer camp for all ages.

It was very much a “summer camp” feel. So many activities for all ages. A ice cream truck giving out free ice cream drives around each afternoon. Beautiful scenery all around. A lot of walking as the compound is huge but driving was always an option too.

Pretty cool place

Pretty cool place, lots of activities to get into. My kids really enjoyed it. Establishment was decently clean. You can tell it’s an older place & will probably need some renovations soon, but other than that it was nice.
Evany, 2-night trip

Great for families

Spent most of the time hiking, beds were decently comfortable. Got a room with a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. No microwave, no tv, no fridge. Bathroom had toilet and stand up shower. Building was relatively quiet. Would book again

Good stay

The place is great! We got there late so most of the cool amenities were closed but the property was huge! Saw elk and moose out our window

Great place to take a family!

The property was amazing with all the entertainment opportunities that were available. We unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy any of those as we were traveling for a wedding. The room was clean and had plenty of space in it. I was a little disconcerted that there was no safety lock on the inside of the door and no way to deadbolt it. The bed was very uncomfortable and pulled my wife and I both to the middle. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent place for kids and families

So this is a huge campus with all sorts of sports/games available, multiple dining options, very close to RMNP. But this place offers so much that families could spend all their time here without even needing to venture out. Next time we come here I am going to allocate couple of days just to explore this facility. It was really an amazing experience and I would go back again. Only one thing - the rooms do not have AC (I didnt know that) and it can get a little toasty in summer afternoons, but not really a big deal tbh. It cools down by the night when we really need it.

Excellent spot for kids of all ages. Plenty of activities

4/10 Fair

Dirty bathroom with grass in shower. Bedding had hair on it. No ice bucket or ice available in building. Pictures made it look way nicer. No way to close blinds with fan rinning in window.
Erika, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Loved the scenic area and smaller towns on the commute to Denver. Very cute shops and locale.
Thomas, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Think summer camp

Think of summer camp. The condition of the resort was very similar to a summer camp. There is no AC in the rooms and the room needed to be renovated. The restroom did not smell clean and was tiny. The food was also very cafeteria like and very greasy. You are paying for the location as it is beautiful and breathtaking. There is a lot to do onsite.
Mina, 4-night trip

Very nice place
