We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are excellent and willing to help make your stay more comfortable in any way they can. They provide maps of the area and also sell Tram passes at the front desk to make it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

The streets of Bordeaux are very small, many closed off to traffic. Local building are very old but well kept. I felt safe and people & families were walking about. Taxi to train station was on $6.50.
